Felicita’s Coffee Soul

This charming coffee shop has a lovely indoor space with stylish decor. The avocado toast was not only beautifully presented but also incredibly delicious. The lattes were both beautiful and tasty. The empanadas were a hit with everyone. The service was excellent, and we loved the atmosphere. There are also outdoor tables available and plenty of parking.

Additionally, there are outdoor seating options available and ample parking.

Felicita's is a bit difficult to find due to its location in Esplanade Plaza, but I made the effort to visit on a chilly morning in December 2023. I ordered a macchiato and found the service to be lacking friendliness. The order taker continuously emphasized the small size of the drink, which became a bit frustrating. Despite the good beverage and portion size, the indifferent customer service left me hesitant to return. Overall, I would give it 4 stars and may consider coming back in May 2024.

I've enjoyed this place several times but today I experienced the worst service from the staff. I sat down to take care of some work and literally got harassed by 3 different employees about ordering. I felt super disrespected and rushed. I always order the same thing and they all know my order but for some reason today they were being very rude. They said the establishment is only for paying customers. Granted they've seen me in here several times and I've always had the same routine. I shared that I would order as soon as I was done taking care of some work. The place was not even half full with guest so I didn't understand the urgency for me to order as soon as I sat down. For a local small business that I often support, I felt this was not handled appropriately at all. I enjoy this establishment and have recommended to others but I don't think I will be back to support them any longer. Great Customer service is the most important thing you can provide as a small business and I feel like they totally missed the mark.

First time coming to this coffee shop and was really impressed by the service and quality of the food. Tried the breakfast avocado toast, pistachio croissant, pistachio Alfajor, pan de bono, and everything was delicious and fresh. Also tried their cold brew and Nutella latte and was very good as well. 100% recommend. Ambiance is really clean, and cozy.
