Contribuisci feedbackI had the best customer service experience at a restaurant today. Marissa was incredible. When I had an issue with my order, she handled it quickly and efficiently. She apologized and showed genuine understanding of the situation. Not only did she take my order back, but she also brought out the replacement in no time. The cherry on top was when the manager came over to apologize as well. Overall, it was an amazing experience. Marissa truly excels at her job! ❤️
We were warmly welcomed by Shelley, our server, which set the tone for a five-star experience from the start. We enjoyed indulging in Red Lobster's delightful offerings.
The food here is surprisingly fantastic, well beyond just the cheddar biscuits. I had visited this location previously and had a decent meal, but this time I decided to try an appetizer along with the seafood entrée special. It turned out to be one of the best shrimp dinners I’ve had in a long time, which really impressed me. I would rate the food and service a solid 5/5 considering the price. However, the kitchen was quite slow; I ended up waiting an hour for my food. Additionally, the restaurant seemed a bit short-staffed, and some interior renovations would certainly improve the overall experience.
Excellent food and drinks from the bar. Customer service was also great. Highly recommended. 5/5.
My waitress Cat was wonderful, I was dining all alone but she made my experience memorable. Thank you for making my visit a VIP one and the food was delicious
