Salt Life Food Shack - Coral Springs

Pretty standard offerings, lots of seafood, kind of Hawaiian style We tried the calamari which was hot, fresh and tender, but I prefer the more lightly breaded version with a tempura style batter rather than this thicker coating. Not bad, just not to my taste. The shrimp skewers were more than I could eat, and they happily substituted grilled veggies for the stir fried rice. Service was fairly fast, bright smiles, and willingness to help each other’s customers a big plus in my books. Best of all was the excellent quality of the on tap small brewers offerings, and the server was aware of the different styles and could offer suggestions. Finally a place that doesn’t think bud, bud light and coors is an adequate offering!
