Rude coworkers. the hired looked at me strangely because they can not get my order correctly. wild. they can not put extra cheese on an salate because it is already done. no longer worth it here because of the lack of customer service. super strange vibes, like they spit in your food or something.
This location is just plain ALWAYS bad !! Ordered two chicken sandwiches on the app for pickup. Go in and the manager suggests they no longer have the sandwich available. What ?? We don't offer grilled chicken they said ... ah you have grilled chicken salads ??? likely just under ordered and failed to update availability. So the franchise owner, nor manager cannot cancel the mobile order. We will need to deal directly with Wendy's also. Guess what ... Wendy's Client Services are closed on weekends ! Truly a **** show .... and guess what ... Wendy's said on Monday that they should have made refund and know policy. So no food, no refund, and more wasted time due to location, owner, and managers failure to know policy and update app appropriately.
I will always advice, that when you want to trade, you should seek the assistance of a well trained personnel. I was expecting to use the Buy one premium sandwich get one for a dollar offer on the Wendy's app. I asked for a special request on one of the sandwiches and cashier Refused to believe that it was possible to get a spicy chicken patty on a Bourbon bacon sandwich. I then changed my request to something that was a bit more simple. When I got to the cashier I was told that the scanner for the offer bar code did not work and I was forced to pay the full amount.
