Nile Ethiopian - Coralville

Absolutely! This is a fantastic spot to bring family and friends. It's the kind of place where you can enjoy a meal and then linger over coffee while soaking in the wonderful sense of community. The atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable. I’m not sure when they host their coffee ceremonies, but you definitely shouldn't miss out on attending one!

I was excited to discover that another Ethiopian restaurant had opened in the area, and our date night there on Thursday certainly lived up to expectations! The five dishes we sampled were all fantastic, each one unique and delicious. The staff were friendly, and our food arrived quickly. We can't wait to come back! Thank you!

My daughter and I went to this restaurant on the opening day, and decided it is one of our new Iowa City/Coralville favorites! General portions and good prices for Ethiopian foods. Many of Injera (do not need to ask for extra), and it was light and fluffy as it should be. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, ready to make some changes for us. The Injera is not 100% gluten-free yet, but they work on it. The lamb Tibbs, chicken kirwot and lenses were good. We're coming back!

My wife and I have eaten here 4 times in the few weeks that Nile has been open in Coralville it is already our favorite restaurant in town! It is wonderful to finally have an Ethiopian restaurant here, and one with excellent vegan options. :

Thrilled to finally have an Ethiopian restaurant in our area. Everything we tried was excellent! Very flavorful, not just disguised with too much heat like we've sometimes had. Very nice injera, too :
