Contribuisci feedbackFor $120ish/night I would expect this place to be much better. The hallways and rooms smell horrible. Our curtains were full of tears, the furniture was all dinged up. Not great.
Highly recommend going to the Drury Inn. I haven't had this bad of an experience in many years. The rooms had rust all over the bathroom. One of my family members received a room with wet flooring. The carpeting being soaked through. We witnessed several guests get rather irate as they were moved several times. The service was fine on its own, we had no issues with the staff. The building is dilapidated with severe security risks. The side door is ALWAYS unlocked. The key cards almost never worked.I don't know how else to say this other than, find ANYWHERE else to stay. I would have been more comfortable in my car.Rooms: The rooms are very rustic. Literally rust everywhereSafety: Very dangerous. Doors leading in can be opened up without keycards
Rooms were clean. Bathroom was a bit small. Staff was really nice and always said hi when I came through the lobby. Plenty of areas for a pet to use the bathroom. Very quite location. Would definitely stay here again.
The rooms are fairly small and outdated. There was a lot of trash and dirt under the beds. The in-room refrigerator was tiny and had trouble closing all the way. There is no guest laundry service, no free breakfast, and no free coffee in the lobby. You have to order food from the connected restaurant which is very expensive, even though they have free breakfast in the Hampton lobby, which is also connected to this hotel. The service is friendly, but I was really underwhelmed with the hotel overall.Rooms: Dirty and outdated
Had to wait 20 minutes to get checked out of my room. Could hear the overnight front desk worker being loud and singing in the room on the ground floor. Recommend getting a room on the second floor or higher.
