Contribuisci feedbackI stopped at the Corbin, Kentucky Bojangles while on business. I walk up to the restaurant and a man named Roger opens the door for me. I walk in and it turns out that Roger was my cashier that day. He was very friendly very professional and had a smilethat was very cheery. I was tired and I was worn out and just this positivity, helped encourage me in my day. I had somequestions on some items as I had not eaten at Bojangles very often. And I was also taking out to another person. Roger wentabove and beyond to answer any questions that I had and made sure that I was getting what I wanted. This really stood out to mein fast food arena. Roger just went above and beyond that day to make my day even better. I promised him that I would be backand I will be giving more business to Bojangles. Please give Roger a raise as he is working very hard for you company andrepresents it well. Also the bathrooms restaurant were clean
It was okay. I've never had BoJangles before. The chicken was fine, much more breading than necessary though. The mashed potatoes were great. My Dr. Pepper was unflavored though. It was just brown soda water. But I understand that things happen, asI've worked in fast food before.
We were asked to pull around and wait for our order to be brought to us. Several other cars after us were also asked to do the same. We sat there for TWENTY minutes waiting, watching as everyone else got their food. Finally we were approached by anemployee who said everyone had been scolded and she was sorry and kept saying that. We were like, where is our food? Sheclaimed the had to remake it . When we finally received our food, the chicken was HARD, the fries were burnt, cold, andflavorless. The sweet tea had an odd nasty taste. Disappointing.
First time in a state that had a Bojangles and always heard about how good they were. It exceeded my expectations. It was by far the best chicken and biscuit sandwich I've ever had. And my pro tip is to get it with the pimento cheese.
The food was hot but the tenders were fried in old grease they were a dark brown and greasy and the fries were warm and only had like 7 fries. Charged us a quarter for an extra ranch and then shorted us on fries and no ice in the tea....not happy
