Bojangles In Corb - Corbin

I was traveling out of town and stopped here to grab food. My family of 12 came in and we were greeted by a caucasian male at who worked at the register. He was AMAZING and so patient with us. He was also very cheery, happy, and funny which we really appreciate! I hope it’s gets a raise and sees that pink shirt left him a review! I hope this man gets a raise because he deserves it!

I've never seen service this slow at a bojangles. We're at 10 min with no food. Also, there is a strong smell of mold and black mold on the ceiling

They ALWAYS make you “pull to the white line” so they can make it look like their times are better. Every single time they tell me to pull up even when no one is behind me. They even forgot about me waiting and I had to go in for my food anyway. If you ask for fries instead of bo rounds, you get 5 fries. This place never has a good functioning time to go. And I love Bojangles food. The staff is absolutely horrible.

The food was precooked and re heated. The chicken was ok. The fries were brown, cold and salty! Macaroni and cheese was dry and cold! Best part of meal was tge biscuit. There was literally no one in there and our food was gross. While yall stood around and talked.

They sure don't move very fast. The wait time was way too long in the drive-thru, I was the only car, so I pulled around and went in. I still had to wait to be helped and there was only 1 other person in there. There seemed to be 5 to 6 employees there. On the upside, the food was good!
