My 2-year-old daughter tried seaweed for the first time and spat out a piece of sharp plastic that came from the food. I spoke to the owner and the receptionist, but both said they didn't care and suggested that this is what insurance is for. I plan to reach out to the appropriate authorities to file a formal complaint.
This is not a restaurant, it's a takeaway establishment. It used to be good, but our recent experience was disappointing. It seemed like everything was fried in old, dirty oil. I suspect the delivery person cooked the food.
The service was poor, with a wait time of an hour and a half. When I called to inquire about my order, I was told it would be ready soon, only to be forgotten about completely. I have been a customer for many years but the quality of the food is declining. I will not be returning.
It’s been many a year since I visited this establishment. I remember frequenting the sit down restaurant years ago on a regular basis. Sadly just takeaways here now! Formerly the Crows Nest in the 60’s and 70’s and other names I cannot remember! Anyway back to the food. Ordered crispy aromatic duck with pancake rolls and prawn crackers. Not a lot, but it was late and didn’t want too much anyway. All items perfectly cooked and really tasty. Will certainly visit and order again soon.
After a long travel home thought I would have a meal for one person, so go in and order for set menu 7 good price then told 7:50 for service ffs really!!! I went to them. I would expect this extra or more under a certain amount on an order at a home delivery below a certain amount but not when I have picked up in the resturant, and this isn't advertised on their in house menu. Very poor.
