In a completely incredible place, in part of a superb castle, I did not at all expect to come across a place, warm modern, an atmosphere in which you immediately feel good, worthy of the trendy restaurants of the big capitals , but at completely affordable prices! The concept of changing chefs throughout the year is a brilliant idea. We were with the Colombian chefs and were able to dine at the bar while watching them cook! The dishes were delicious, the service incredible and amazing natural wines at affordable prices! We already want to come back! Thanks to the whole team

An interesting concept for a taste journey discovering Colombian cuisine; the dishes were refined and delicious, even if the portions were small considering the price. To complete the cultural experience, we would have appreciated more explanations on his proposals, as well as a quick tour of the table from the chef to congratulate him. Service: Dine in
