Las Chilcas Grill & Wine - Córdoba

The place is nice for friends having drinks, does not resemble a Steak restaurante. Menu is reduced in comparison. Few options. Main issue, is pretentious and overexpensive. Wine list is laughable. More than 300% retail

Nothing to say about the food, but the service can improve a lot, to be kind with customers is not a mistake.....

Very tasty Bife de Chorizo, good provolone entree, very good tiramisu. Waiters were attentive without being intrusive, meals were well sized and well cooked. Altogether a very pleasant experience.

We intended to eat at Patio de Canada, our favorite parrilla, but it was closed for a remodel. Lucky us. Las Chilcas may be our new favorite. I had a perfectly done, rare Bife de Chorizo. A generous cut - love that. Chris had Tira (ribs) perfectly done so the fat was just getting crispy. His came with fries. Mine with a baked potato with sour cream and bacon. Delicious. I could not finish mine so we asked for it to go. Our busy waiter forgot, so they cooked up a small steak and ribs for us to take. Now that is going above and beyond. Very impressed. We plan to visit Las Chilcas again...and again.

Chose this venue for our Friday night dinner. First impressions were quite good, great decor with a formal but relaxed vibe. Service was adequate. Menu looked quite good, with an extensive wine list. Our meals were both just average, decent sized serves but nothing amazing. Food tasted ok but nothing memorable. Prices on the high side. I now understand why such a venue only had 3 tables to serve when other restaurants nearby were quite busy.
