Contribuisci feedbackThe food was good, but we would have appreciated some guidance on how everything worked. We have been to other similar restaurants before, so we were confused about the small cups being for sauces instead of in the bowl, the fact that they would bring the food to our table, and the make-it-yourself bowls. We had planned to order a specific dish from the menu but didn't realize we had to assemble it ourselves. We had to scramble for cash because they couldn't process our card. It was fortunate that I had just enough on hand, but I'm sure others may not have been as lucky. The service was decent, although they didn't ask if it was our first time there or explain how things worked.
First and last time ordering!! Ordered online 4:01 and informed 4:30 p/u. Pulled up curbside 4:36 and clicked the I'm outside link. Called inside around 4:45 3x no answer. Meanwhile customers being seated, customers coming out and employees looking out at curbside through the window. 4:55 entered building asked for food. Food sitting prepared just waiting. Have no one idea how long it had been sitting!! Also, need a microscope to see the poor salad shrimp
This restaurant is a great option for creating your own meal. They recently introduced a new menu feature where they can prepare a customized bowl for you. However, they did not provide any training for the staff on this new process. So, when my family came to order, I chose to make my own bowl while they had theirs made. Unfortunately, my bowl was ready and eaten by the time their bowls were finished.
I was very excited to try out this restaurant but unfortunately, I was thoroughly disappointed. The meat looked like sloppy chopped liver and the rice in my dish was completely undercooked. When I approached the staff about it, they just stared blankly at me, despite there being four staff members present. The cook mentioned that the rice was pre-cooked, so there was nothing they could do. I politely asked if they could remove my meal from the check, but despite the manager saying they would, they did not. This led to my frustration boiling over and I ultimately left without paying. It was amusing to see that I wasn't the only unhappy customer, as another customer in front of me also expressed dissatisfaction and threatened to leave without paying. The manager's response was to take down his license plate number. In conclusion, I would advise eating here at your own risk.
I visited Genghis Grill for lunch and it was a very good decision. The food was as always fresh and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant and the restaurants were clean. I enjoyed my lunch, although it was an order. I recommend this page with five stars.
