Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

We hadn't eaten at Red Robin in years but remembered how much we loved the strawberry lemonade and it didn't disappoint. It was refreshing and delicious. Our burgers were cooked perfect and equally enjoyed. Service was great. Won't wait so long to return.

Service was great. Mixed drink wasn't made as asked. Was missing topping. Food was really good. Fried were fresh and hot! Can pay at the table on the machine now, which I love!

We waited over an hour for our food and they messed the order up 3 times. The first time, they gave another table our order. The second time they made my eggs over easy, and I asked for over hard, on my royal red robin burger. The 3rd time they had American cheese on it and I asked for pepper jack cheese. My girlfriend had the scorpion burger and they didn't make that right as well.

I would give this place zero stars if I could!! When my family and I sat down, we were told that they had only one server and it would be ten minutes before anyone could take our order. When the server finally took it, we waited another twenty minutes for our food and it didn’t even come out at the same time. My husband ordered the chili and was told that they had to make some. When they finally brought it, it was in a small plastic container and was only a quarter full. My son’s chicken tenders looked like frozen ones that they just heated up quickly. This place is terrible and we will NEVER go back! It needs to shut down!!!

Ordered delivery and food was fantastic...really good burgers and milkshake was delicious
