Starbucks Coffee - Cordova

Every time I visit the local Starbucks on Houston Levee and Macon Rd, I'm greeted by a team of happy and friendly employees who make me feel as if I'm catching up with an old friend. Their smiles and infectious positivity are truly uplifting. Each and every staff member demonstrates genuine kindness, and even in these challenging times, they manage to maintain a cheerful attitude. I want to express my gratitude to everyone at this location; you are simply the best! I appreciate each of you and can't wait to see you today as soon as you open at 5:30. P.S. I want to take a moment to highlight the Starbucks location on Houston Levee in Cordova, TN, as well as its amazing employees. This is, without a doubt, the best Starbucks I have ever visited. Two standout employees, Victoria and Kai, truly make this place special. These young ladies have the most positive attitudes; they are welcoming, friendly, and absolutely fantastic! Even if I'm all the way across town and craving Starbucks, I won't go anywhere else. I'll wait and make the trip to this location just because of them. They deserve recognition and a raise! We always have a great experience at this location, but today truly exceeded our expectations. I was a bit disappointed with how my sandwich turned out (come on, Starbucks, at least cook the bacon a little crispy so it doesn't look raw!). However, when I requested a replacement, Amanda went out of her way to accommodate me and even checked to make sure I was happy with the new sandwich. Everyone in the store was friendly, and the establishment was very clean. We highly recommend this location!
