Service was poor. No hello on arrival or goodbye. Not offered a menu. I had to tell my family what cake there was. Not doing food when we visited only cake at 1pm. We would have had a better time at the national trust café. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Beautiful tea room, friendly service and what they had on offer was absolutely top notch. Would definitely give 5* but they were on a reduced menu so there was only one item for someone with dairy allergies (and none for vegans) which was the reason we'd gone because they'd gotten great reviews for their vegan options.
