Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Corinth

The staff is extremely unprofessional, and consistently delivers subpar food. I always request white meat, yet I keep receiving dark meat. Despite asking for spicy, the food lacks any heat. The chicken is so dry that I end up tossing it in the trash. I'm no longer willing to spend my money at this location. I suggest bringing in an entirely new team.

I waited 25 minutes in the drive-thru line, with only two cars ahead of me, because they were only processing one order at a time. After I placed my order and paid, I was informed that they had run out of bread for the sandwiches. I asked for the sandwich without bread since that was my only option, and when I got home, all I found was a plain chicken fillet—no sauce, no pickles, just the chicken. This is simply not worth $10. They need to stop taking orders if they know they don’t have the necessary ingredients! The last time I visited, I encountered a similar issue and didn’t receive my fries. It’s frustrating to fully pay for a meal only to be told later that they can’t provide it. This is by far the worst Popeyes I’ve been to, and the staff didn’t even apologize for their errors.

I ordered the two-piece spicy chicken, but when I got back to my workplace, I realized the chicken was regular and not spicy as I had requested. The tea was good, and the chicken was tasty despite not being spicy. However, the coleslaw had a strange smell and tasted like it had bleach in it. I tried calling the number listed on the receipt, but my calls kept being disconnected. That's why I'm leaving this review. I just hope I don’t end up getting sick.

None of the Popeyes that I've been to lately cannot get an order right to save their life. You can now almost guarantee that your order will be wrong. It's like no one cares. And, some items as of late are way overcooked leading to chewy or hard inedible food. Make sure you check everything before you leave... Do better, Popeyes!Food: 5/5

Looked like chicken breasts getting smaller? We like to go inside for our to go orders. Less chance of it being messed up. Bad communications. On the bright side spicy chicken is very good.Food: 5/5
