The restaurant is in a poor location and often has slow service, even when there’s no line. The biggest issue here is that they frequently run out of items. For example, I was particularly looking forward to the popcorn shrimp, but was informed they only receive shipments on Thursdays and often run out within a day or two. If I want it, I need to come in on Thursday. It’s frustrating that the manager doesn't seem to recognize the problem and improve inventory management to ensure they always have sufficient stock.

I visited this restaurant at 6:45 on a Saturday afternoon. The sign on the door indicated that both the lobby and the hallway were open until 10 o'clock, but when I arrived, the doors were closed and there was no one inside. It appears that they are out of business.

I had only two choices for chicken: thighs and legs, along with some sandwiches. There were no other options available. The only sides offered were mac and cheese and beans and rice. As for condiments, it was hardly worth asking. The drink selection was limited to just diet soda, along with a couple of other choices and tea. I visited this establishment three times, hoping to give them the benefit of the doubt and thinking it might just have been a bad day—but it wasn't. Their excuse? "Our truck didn’t come." That’s not the real issue; the problem lies in poor management. If the store were better managed, they wouldn’t run out of everything. You can’t blame a lack of supplies when other fast food restaurants seem to keep their products in stock.

Great sharp chicken sandwich? but they made my pages wrong. Get out. Didn't notice until I got home. Should have checked in business, but is their responsibility to get order right.

Chicken was tough, tasteless and badly dripping with grease. Red beans and rice were not completely cooked and were dry, couldn't eat them. I have always preferred Popeye chicken over all others but this one is not very good. The only item fit to eat was the biscuit. Most others serve butter with biscuits and honey.
