Bruegger's Bagels - Cornelius

Ordered from door dash TWICE in one morning and both times I ended up with completely different food than what I ordered. You can tell they don’t really care about quality food or service.

Just stopped in for a sandwich at 12:10 pm. There was no one behind the counter so I called out hello? A manager had to go in the back to get somebody to come out. I started to order a sandwich, and I noticed that they were charging me for every vegetable on my sandwich even though on their menu, it says three are included. I walked out and nobody said a word, SMH!

The absolute worst. Came on a Monday and had to wait 20 minutes for a butter bagel. Decided to order on the app but the app won't allow a butter bagel, it's either cream cheese or no cream cheese. When I asked how to do it they didn't know how to use the app. The lady was very hostile towards her employee when he was so kindly giving me a side of butter. I proceeded to ask how to do it on the app and she began to get hostile towards me how she didn't create the app it is what it is. This place has gone to trash.

Food is really good , good service is slow, they need to add more tables and chairs inside I visit there often

I was very disappointed this morning, the manager is not very nice, actually very rude. This was at the Cornelius location . I asked for a cinnamon sugar bagel. When I got to work, there was only CC on half of my bagel. I guess I was suppose to eat half of my bagel and still pay 4.48
