Crafty Burg'r N' Tap - Cornelius

I waited for my first visit and I'm so glad I did. The food was delicious. The BoomBoom chicken dish was huge, with two perfectly fried chicken breasts that tasted like they were homemade. And the fried mushrooms were amazing. I think I'll try a burger next time, but I will definitely be coming back.

I was not impressed with my experience at this restaurant. The kitchen prepared my meal incorrectly and I didn't have time to have it remade during my lunch break. My meal came with a side, but the server was instructed to separate everything and charge me for the side that she thought I would take home. The food was cold and lacked flavor, with a side salad that was unimpressive. When I brought this up to the manager, she dismissed my concerns and did not try to rectify the situation. I have worked in the service industry before and can say that this was not handled properly. I will not be returning to this restaurant. I ended up paying for my meal and left disappointed, without lunch for the day.

I had heard great things about the crafty burger from online reviews, so I was excited to try it for lunch at this Huntersville restaurant. I ordered a special burger on rye bread with onion rings and a salad. Unfortunately, after taking several bites of the burger, I found it to be incredibly bland with no flavor at all. I was very disappointed.
