Dunkin' - Cornelius

I love the coffee. update: 1/25/21 I love dunkin I order every day and sometimes twice a day. I wish that dunkin was not the only one close to me. I think the teamworkers are great and friendly. great coffee, but the manager here is so rude. she has no customer service skills. she gives the most unfriendly look and her face always looks sour. obviously she knows that she will not be in trouble to treat the customer terrible. I know three different customers that she was rude and she messed up. do not give the right bag to the right car or make the drink wrong. she looks like it wasn't her job to fix what she messed up. I'm almost convinced that she has to hang with the owner, no one who cares about it would keep someone like her occupied. and again she knows nothing will happen. she'll tell you that. I know they can see the reviews here and at least 3 of them talk that is rude. that should tell you something. Anyway, I hope it will be better in this load. I love dunkin, but I have the order and I'll go there when she is. except her, the staff is great.

Manager was on the back no one in the front to wait for me got the manager to the front, he wasn't friendly made me the wrong drink not at all I ordered and the girl next to him was wiping her nase with the hand and did not wash her hands and I told the manager what I saw he didn't seem to care and then I got my money back and will not be back to the in zion in cornelius

Kudos to the staff who only helped us 2 ladies because they were closed early due to lack of staff. We sincerely appreciate you both for helping us in a difficult situation! You two ROCK!!! Seems everyone is trying to find enough help to hang the increase of the company so in there, Duncan needs you... and we appreciate your kindness so much!

That's a great DD. It's very clean. Staff are so nice, my friend literally holds almost every day. Try raspberry flavor shots in your coffee!

The restaurant was clean and tidy and the staff was friendly. The donuts had a decent amount of Icing on them. Others I was exaggerated with Icing for some reason. Also I was able to go and sit with my family in this.
