It's unfortunate that there's an extra charge of 50 cents for the single gummy shark in the shark attack cone, especially since the menu states it comes with one. While 50 cents isn't a lot, it's still just one gummy shark. I couldn't even get a word in with the excessively rude staff when I tried to ask about it. I'll definitely be skipping this place in the future. There are plenty of other restaurants that offer the same items with better service.

This was our first visit, and it was absolutely delicious! The flavors are incredible—the sour notes are perfectly tart, and the ice is wonderfully fine and smooth, not crunchy at all. We will definitely return!

My favorite spot for shaved ice! I love bringing my dog, Koda, along with me. I order my snowball while she enjoys her pup cup. She always goes straight for the milk bone treat that they put on top of it.

I absolutely love this place! I find myself going there at least once every two weeks—I'm completely hooked. You've got to try the snowball stuffed with ice cream; it was an amazing experience! They offer a wide variety of flavors and the service is quick. I really wish they would stay open year-round because I wouldn’t mind enjoying their delicious treats during the winter months. It’s always a bummer when they close for the colder season.

Wow! Snow cones have reached an entirely new level. I tried the butterfly kisses flavor, and it was absolutely delicious! It was so amazing that I want one every day!
