Starbucks - Cornelius

Very fast drive thru. friendly service. easy access to/from the main road. if they enter for a drink, parking can be tricky.

Went to Starbucks with my Sister for a wonderful Coffee Latte and a slice of Fresh Lemon Cake. Latte coffee was delicious and cake was very fresh and yummy! The wait staff were nice, friendly and accommodating...Good way to start the day with coffee and conversation at a great place!

Always love Starbucks, great service, but they did not have the ingredients to make their special Medicine Ball Tea. It's by far my favorite non-coffee beverage.

The worst Starbucks, I just ordered and came to do some work on laptop within a minutes after I ordered the server came n told me they have emergency and need to close the lobby, there were like 10 people sitting and we are in middle of noon, songs are being played and employees are dancing I dont know which emergency, I didn't even take my coffee and left. Soo disappointed in this branch.

I know we had a snowstorm 2 days ago in North Carolina but Starbucks in Cornelius was closed today because the parking wasn't safe for customers and employees due to being ice and snow covered? Are you kidding me? Why wouldn't a multimillion dollar company provide salt and shoveling to the parking lot? This is disheartening and makes me angry. I'm a loyal SB customer and expect more from Starbucks. It's understandable that stores are closing early and running out of food items because of the supply chain issue but an ice covered parking lot 2 days after the storm has passed is unacceptable. Do better, Starbucks! Ugh!
