The Fresh Market - Cornelius

This was our first time eating here. The food was fresh and delicious (crab cakes were unreal) and it came out pretty fast. Our server was Randy and she was super nice and even gave us a free dessert! I’d post a picture of the peach cobbler but it didn’t survive long enough to get one. We will definitely be back.

Nov. 16, 2022: Updating my review based on a recent incident. A cashier and a manager colluded on a simple scheme to defraud me of about $7. Such a pitiful amount for all the trouble they went to. I reported the incident to corporate in explicit detail (time, date, extensive information from receipts, etc. so employee activity could be recalled from registers and store surveillance video. Response was filtered back down to local level, then became drawn out and vague. Disappointing and unsettling.

Have loved shopping at Fresh Market for more than 20 years.... would drive an hour to shop there before this new location in Cornelius. Super management, well staffed, very clean, always friendly and great reasonable selections, especially meat, deli and bakery. Sushi chef makes great combinations daily. Even plants and flowers are abundant! Love Fresh Market!!

Great flower section!! Good fresh meats!! Bread and pastries! Healthy alternatives! Extensive wine section! The best grocery store EVER!!

This is a fantastic spot to find healthier food choices and organic products. Once you get accustomed to the layout, it resembles a regular grocery store quite a bit. The staff members are all friendly and willing to help.
