McDonald's - Cornwall

I went there to get an iced coffee, smoothie and two small burgers on the screen inside. Well it took 10 minutes to get it because they only tended to the customers in drive-thru! I was the not the only person waiting in line for my order they were people ahead of me too. We got to a max of 10 people in 5 minutes waiting at the cash area. The place looked like a dump, garbage all over the floors, the counters were filthy too. Two staff members were fooling around and not even paying attention to the customers in front! The manager never apologized she seemed morbid with a long face! Stay away from this place go to Brookdale McDonalds! Our order wasn't right either! Careless youngsters! Careless manager!

Just visited mcdonalds sat 35 min in line at drive thru with 3 cars ahead of me to only get half my order then when i went in the rest of order was served with attitude then got home to find my big macs not made right (missing cheese no extra sauce like ordered and missing a meat patty not impressed

I recently visit this McDonald's and was disappointed with service. Using the computer board I ordered a coffee and a muffin. Once the order was placed I waited 15 minutes for my order without ever seeing a human come to the desk. I finally handed in my order and went to Timmies for my coffee. What a joke.

I usually go there once a week for a quick lunch (eat in on Brookdale) and the service is great and the personalities are a breath of fresh air. They actually bend over backwards.

This location consistently has poor service, and terrible food quality. I don't think this qualifies as fast food when it takes 20 minutes for them to prepare a simple meal order. I wish this was an isolated incident but unfortunately it's the norm, just like the time it took 8 minutes for them to prepare 4 coffees. If the service wasn't bad enough, the food prep is well below average of other McDonald's. Cold and dry are 2 words that come to mind when I think their burgers. You're better off making the drive to the other location. Better food, faster service and friendlier staff.
