Another employee was called over to help and she acknowledged the discrepancy between the price on the menu and the total at the register. However, when she re-entered my order, it still came out to the same incorrect total. I felt that they were trying to conceal the error by preventing me from seeing my order on the screen. They claimed that the price in the register had changed and that the overhead menu was not updated. Feeling misled and frustrated, I decided to cancel my order and leave. I typically have low expectations when I visit Taco Bell, expecting average food and occasional order mistakes. However, I have no tolerance for being scammed or ripped off. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
I place my order online and it is always ready when I go to pick it up. The customer service is great and when it is quiet someone always comes to the dining room to clean.Food: 5/5
The food was just as bad. There was hardly any filling in the wraps, and they were not warm at all - it seemed like they had just been taken out of the freezer. This was definitely my last visit to Taco Bell, as there are plenty of other Mexican options in the city that are much better.
Drive thru customers are always told to wait in parking lot, only to have workers search the parking lot for the correct customer. Even during the worst storm of the year… Food is good though.
