Ye Old English Fish & Chip Shop

My British husband took me here for the first time. We were greeted by an older British couple who are the cooks of this small quaint place hidden in Cornwall, Ontario. The hubby had cod fish and I had halibut. Everything was made to order! My daughter got a free slice of cheesecake for free! Very cute couple they chatted with us and the place is very cozy! Will be back!

Wow, my neighbour and her husband just told us about their fabulous supper they had at this restaurant. J had cod and G had halibut and the flavour was toothsome and the portions generous. Home made french fries and the onion rings were HUGE and not too salty. Service was quick and pleasant.The ambiance felt cozy and welcoming. J and G both took leftovers home!!My friends love their fish and chips and they will be back and hopefully take us with them!

I have been visiting this fish and chip shop for over 15 years.

The only restaurant I will ever eat fish n chips. I crave this occasionally. We just order and take it home amazing

The place is not a very special place gourmet no no no ..... is hot the place , the attention is no the best....but the food is good, yes is frozen fish ( as in many places) good fries , good ring onions..i'll be back as many times as possible!
