We made a reservation for Sunday lunch in August for 3 adults and 2 children. The food arrived quickly and was piping hot. The portions were generous and there were great vegetable options. We were happy to see lamb on the menu as well. Everything was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant.
We had a wonderful Sunday lunch at this restaurant with a great selection of meats. The beef was succulent and the lamb was equally delicious. Everything was homemade and reminded us of the Sunday lunches we used to have at our grandparents' house in the 70s. It was a perfect meal.
Fantastic Sunday Roast. I had the Vegetarian roast as we had not booked on a busy day I was offered vegetables and Yorkshire pudding with gravy all cooked to perfection. roast potatoes, peas, cabbage, swede, cauliflower, carrots and Brussel sprouts. The food was hot and so delicious. For Dessert I chose lemon meringue pie and cream. All food was home cooked and you could absolutely tell.
