Jubilee Pool Cafe

We had a great time at the restaurant during the summer holidays. One of our grandchildren wore a wetsuit and had fun in the unheated pool with obstacles, while the younger one loved the thermally heated pool. After swimming, we all went to the cafe, but the service was so bad that we ended up leaving without eating. Maybe it would be better during less busy times. Despite this, it didn't ruin our day, but it was disappointing.

A really pretty lido which would have been gorgeous on a warm sunny day but unfortunately it was barely 16 degrees and windy despite it being August the day we visited. I looked on longingly at those in the heated part of the pool...! Would love to visit again on a nicer day.

Not very warm to be honest. My son, he almost got hypothermia as it was well under 5 degrees. Great customer service , good lifeguards. Took really long to get in.

Although the geothermal pool was closed when we got there, the reception and kindness shown by the staff was way above what you might expect..thank you so much. Happy Christmas to everyone there.

Visited for the Lido Lunch. First time I'd been to the geothermal pool and I definitely didn't pick the best day for it. Pool was cooler than anticipated (likely due to the fairly strong wind and it being December! but I do feel the cold and my friends enjoyed the whole session after I hopped out early. The food was great and they were generous portions. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to going again, maybe on a warmer and less windy day!
