Little Italy - Cornwall,Isles of Scilly

Visited when on holiday, very glad we booked as it was busy and people were being turned away. Good extensive menu and range of pizza’s. We all ordered pizza and when they arrived all were fine except one which was very burnt. They did replace this on request and although the second one was better it was still overdone in my opinion. Would recommend this Italian.

Fabulous thin crust pizza, cooked to order with a very good g/f base option. Service is friendly, helpfull and efficient. Covid arrangements are very well managed with tables and chairs well spaced and cleaned between customers. This is one of our favourite restaurants offering great food and service at very reasonable prices.

We booked our table here in advance of arriving in Newquay and had not realised there was a Happy Hour we missed it. We did have the restaurant to ourselves however which wasn 't ideal but we were made to feel extremely welcome and greeted personally by the chef. Offered some gorgeous focaccia bread to try as an appetiser. Then we both went for pizzas goats cheese and pepperoni. Then the most amazing cheesecakes to follow we ended up taking half back to the hotel in a box.

A first time visit for our daughter’s birthday treat and we were really impressed. Delicious and plentiful food with fantastic service and a personal touch. We’ll definitely be back!

So after reading some good reviews on Tripadvisor and seeing the food pics we decided to visit this restauraunt for our evening meal with two teenage children. It was walk in’s only, we arrived to be told we could have a table but could not order food for 30 minutes, so we ordered drinks. A couple walked in and were seated to have there order taken straight away and their starters arrived before we had even ordered our food. We questioned this to be told it’s because there is only two of them, we were totally baffled by this method of madness! Another couple arrived to be seated, drinks served and again their starters arrived. We sat there for over 30 minutes to place an order and it was 50 minutes before our starters arrived! The food menu was very limited on a piece of paper. We arrived at 7.30pm and left at 9.30pm for one round of drinks, a starter each and a main course. No time for desserts they had none left anyway, all had sold out! Very unorganised, staff had no idea what they were doing and the chef clearly can not cope with even the smallest of restauraunts! The mains we had were nothing special, it was 3 pieces of sliced chargrilled chicken on top of pasta which tasted like the dolmio tomato paste pots! Safe to say we won’t be returning here again. Terrible service and one that ruined our evening on our lovely week in Cornwall!
