Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and chips from the drive through, was told to park and wait. Waited 15 mins only to go in and get my order. Order was cold, I wish now I cancelled my order and got my money back. Shift manager was completely useless.
Chips cold and dry as old bones…yesterdays perhaps. Chicken dry and overcooked. Staff friendly enough but food ugh. I haven’t been to McDonald’s for at least 10 years now I remember why. Inedible
The restaurant experience was absolutely terrible. We arrived at 10:45 pm on October 5th and the card reader on the machines was not working, so we had to pay at the desk. An elderly man cut in line in front of me, which was not the fault of the staff but still frustrating. The employee at the desk ignored us until we got his attention, and when he finally took my payment, he remarked, "Oh, is our card reader not working again? For heaven's sake!" He had been chatting and goofing around with his colleagues before serving us, and then proceeded to loudly announce, "Well, looks like we're not going home tonight guys!" This behavior made us feel very uncomfortable, especially since we had rushed to get there after finishing work. As someone who works in hospitality, I know I would be fired for treating customers in such a manner. The young man with glasses who served us and spoke about us in that way does not deserve his job. If you are that unhappy, you should leave. Additionally, the fillet of fish we ordered was literally raw, which was unacceptable. Thank you for that disappointing experience.
I waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru only to be told to park, and then received cold food that looked like it had been made on the floor. It couldn't have been any worse than this.
