Regularly drive down to this cafe for a coffee, lovely spot with seating and quaint beach huts. Cream teas and cakes, plus sandwiches etc. Dog friendly. The staff are always welcoming on sunny or rainy days. Car park. Well worth a visit. Midday is busy but I have always found a space in the car park. Beautiful uninterrupted sea views. The main toilets remain closed but there are porta loos in the car park.
This is a wonderful little gem next to a stunning beach. Very friendly staff, visited a couple of times during our stay. Beautiful little beach huts to shelter in which were dog friendly too.
Surprisingly good cafe on Talland Bay, not far from the lovely Lekerock Cove. Great coffee and cakes.
We were intending to visit Polperro but reading the negative reviews on Google about the extortionate car parking cost there, we decided to park at Talland Bay and walk there instead. I'm so pleased we did otherwise we would not have come across this gem of a beach and cafe. Plus the full day parking fee was less than Polperro, a much nicer setting and the best beach shop we've seen in a long time. The staff were so friendly and the quality of the food and drink was very good. Beautiful landscaping outside made it feel very different from the usual beach side cafe. We were very impressed and it was a relaxed 30 min walk into Polperro. I'd definitely suggest parking here and eating at this great cafe.
