Starbucks - Corona

-5 stars! This is undoubtedly the worst Starbucks location I've ever been to. I would rather see this branch shut down than continue to operate at such a low standard! It seems there is zero effort to maintain cleanliness or make improvements. The staff is consistently rude and acts as if they’re above it all. They don’t even take the time to clean behind the machines; it’s always a mess. I've received pastries that were half-frozen and drinks that were poorly prepared. They seem to enjoy toying with customers as well. I arrived at the drive-thru at 8:17 PM and was informed at 8:29 PM that they were closing and that their system shuts down automatically. I have reached out to customer service and asked to speak with a manager—either the store manager or a regional manager—but I have not received any follow-up yet.

I had an awful experience with customer service at this Starbucks. It felt like the employees focused more on fulfilling mobile orders than attending to the customers who were physically present in the store.

I just walked in a few minutes ago and was welcomed by someone named Leiana (I hope I spelled that correctly). Unfortunately, she seemed a bit short-tempered when I placed my drink order, and I couldn't understand why. When I asked her to confirm the name of the drink, thinking she might not have heard me correctly, I was met with even more condescension. Honestly, my morning would probably have been better if I had decided to go to a different coffee shop.

Awful service. The staff had a very unfriendly attitude. I waited about 13 minutes for my drink, and there was no line; they weren't even busy. When I got up to ask for a glass of water, four employees, along with the cashier and manager, were just standing around, and not one of them inquired if I needed anything. It was really disappointing. I left and have no plans to return. I'll just go to the Starbucks at Vons in the same shopping center instead.

Natalie is simply fantastic! She was incredibly helpful when I ordered a complicated drink. Will made the drink, and it was absolutely delicious! A big thank you to the afternoon team for making me feel so welcome!
