Contribuisci feedbackThe restroom was out of order, earning this place a hard one star. Customers shouldn't have to deal with plumbing issues on the restaurant’s off day. They really need to fix their facilities or consider closing down. The sandwich maker seemed rushed, and there was no one else waiting. It's disappointing that the staff don’t seem to understand the importance of customer service or value their jobs. There appears to be a lack of training, and with high prices for low-quality products, I can only assume that cutting corners pays off for them. Well done, I guess.
Don't get me wrong; I have an issue with people wearing gloves when serving food. However, they often touch other dirty items, like the cash register, and then return to prepare your sandwich, adding all the vegetables with the same gloves. In today's world, we shouldn't have to accept this kind of service. That's why I'm giving this place a 2 instead of a 5. This is regarding the Subway at Magnolia and McKinley in Riverside, CA.
Would give more because the service is good and the food taste as expected. Disappointed that when using a card transaction you can ?tip? the workers, but when you try to cash tip a jar, there is NO jar to be seen. Stop stealing extra money from goodSamaritans who are trying to tip THE WORKERS. Stop stealing from your workers. Disappointed.
The selection of bread was limited to just two options: wheat and Italian. The mayo and mustard offered were applied very sparingly. I got the impression that we were somewhat of a bother to the young lady preparing our food, even though we were the only customers there at 4 p.m. I hope our next visit will be an improvement.
Very good service and friendly staff got my sandwich and was out in time
