Contribuisci feedbackI went in and a sign stated that I had to use the kiosk to order due to low staffing. I place my order and am waiting for my food. I get back to my office and there are no hot sauce packets (it asked how many when I ordered) and my burrito supreme wasmore like a bean burrito with sour cream. No meat or veggies. Very disappointing. I will not be returning.
I ordered lunch back in April and this is what I received for a 3 doritos locos combos. Would you eat that?? I emailed corporate for a refund and I got nothing. Moreover, I didn't eat lunch that day and I never got my money back. I no longer eat at TacoBell because this is the type of service I expect. Nothing. At this point, I don't want a refund or a new order. I understandTaco Bell is a franchise and different locations operate differently. My review is that if you go there and order the doritoslocos combos, it may not be edible especially during lunch time. Ask for utensils and good luck!
They are not rude associates, but the issue I sometimes have is that they are not always the quickest when it comes to making the food. I don't expect that the food is made in like 1 minute or anything but a couple times I had to wait 20-30 minutes for food.
We came in with short order and they told us to order on the machine even though we were the only customers cause they were out of cashiers ridiculous what's the point of even having a desk then.
I ordered extra cheese on all my items and I didn’t even get the regular size cheese, so I got charged extra and got less. Employee was very rude and didn’t even listen to what I was saying. I had to repeat myself several times and I speak perfectly. Good English, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at Taco Bell wouldn’t recommend this Taco Bell better to drive a little bit further down the street and go to the other one
