Talk a few months ago about a decrease in quality and quantity of food. The tofu was burned and small pieces. The steak plate was also burned and very little meat on it. It looked like half of what was given before and what I get from other places. What about that? I hope this is not a new trend to increase prices and reduce the quality and quality of meal
I'm coming here quite often for lunch. I came to lunch a week ago and got my meal. When I came back to work and looked at my food, I noticed that I lacked the avocado I had requested, as well as the green onions. No big deal, I called the store and spoke to someone named Eder. He assured me that they would give me the avocado without charges on my next visit and a drink for the inconvenience. I was happy with it and he told me I had to do everything to give them my name and they would take care of me. I went in today and let the cashier know that I spoke to Eder and went about what he had told me. She giggled, looked at the back of the Soda machine and said sadly, sick have to call him. During lunch time is limited, so after she disappeared 3 minutes or so, she came back with a customer on the phone. She apologized and said she had to call. I told her not to worry about it because it should be easy, and I was crunchy at a time, she laughed again and took my order. When I gave my order, I left the dumplings I had ordered. Idk, when I come back. Customer service is terrible.
This place is great, 5 stars. Food is great and fresh. And they didn't charge me for extra sauce. They treat you right.
I live down the street and always call for pick up orders. The staff is great and doing their job and getting paid minimum wage for it. As I read the comments below, it seems that people complain just to get something free. This is waba! Not Ruth?s Chris. The food is consistent and delicious. It?s still covid times where supply issues are relevant and now that prices have increased yet again, I?m sure there will be issues with ice tea machines, plumbing, etc. and it will take time to fix. I don?t understand why people seem to be ungrateful and expect top tier excellence from a minimum wage job and 10$ bowls? If you give attitude, expect to get it back no matter where you go. These workers are not computers they have feelings too. Treat people how u want to be treated.
