Bamboo Bistro - CORONA DEL MAR

Rice was like mashed potatoes, dumplings under cooked Lemongrass Chicken didnt even taste like it does there Third time Ive gotten a horrible delivery from this place and it use to be my favorite restaurant

I agree with a lot of the reviews. Th te oit portions are a rip off. I get it. They dont know who you are but I eat at the restaurant and know the difference. Never ordering take out from here again. TBD if I ever eat at the restaurant. I just feel like they stole from me

The food overall was good, the Chicken Curry was full of flavors and sized appropriately, the Pad Thai with Chicken was very tasty but the portion was just too small, if I would have known I would have ordered 2 it wasnt even enough for one person. The Seared Fresh Ahi Spring Rolls had a rubbery element so bad you couldnt even chew it easily enough to taste anything else, the sauces were amazing though, get rid of the rubbery element and I beleive it would have been great. The Thai Iced Tea and the Thai Green Iced Tea with Salted Creme were also very good. The large white rice we ordered was good but again also too small, at all other places what they sold as a large white rice was actually a small, thank God we ordered 2 large.

Chicken noodle soup here is so good, I get it with veggies and add lots of jalepenos and lime. It will cure any cold!

Bamboo Bistro has excellent Vietnamese, Chinese and Thai food. The out door seating area is very nice and everyone is at a safe distance. The staff wears masks and the food is always great. Friendly service is always at Bamboo Bistro.
