All Dressed $32.50) but half only pepperoni, I was told it would be a $3 charge for half and half which I found very odd since All dressed already has pepperoni so all they had to do was not put the other toppings on, saving them half a pizza worth of veggies. A med. Pepperoni is $27 so already I was paying $5.50 more which is the norm, but very odd to be charged $3 on top of the $35.50 for requesting less toppings. I know it's only $3 but for me it's the principle of it. My third and last trip to Deb's.
Debs is one of a kind a stale to the local residents and the workers in the area, serving large, hot, and satisfying meals to hungry workers and travelers. I found the food very calorie and carbohydrate heavy. The staff were typically friendly of Saskatchewan, and the service fast.
Deb's provides bagged lunches on request for the Big Muddy Badlands tours. Sandwich, muffin, fruit and juice box for $12.50. The egg salad and the ham cheese both suffered from about five times as much mayo as they needed. The apple was bruised. On the plus side, the bread was very fresh and the muffins were delicious.
We stayed in the neighbouring motel, so Deb 's is a very short walk away. Good service and friendly atmosphere. The food is what I would characterise as 'typical prairie diner ', mostly cooked from frozen product (the fries, the veggies, etc. . While not imaginative, breakfast and dinner was tasty enough. The diner could really use a remodel. Flooring badly needs to be replaced.
Was here for supper and breakfast....service a little slow, but worth the wait. Basic fare, but done well.
