Bill Miller Bar-B-Q - Corpus Christi

I ordered the brisket and the white meat chicken. The brisket is a third fat. I got a leg and a leg. They replaced it with the correct order of white meat. The bride was so bad we didn't go back.

I'm sorry, Bill, but the business that's closest to my home fails everything! Most tables are dirty! (Most of the time) I had to clean my own! Then there is the food on the ground that is not cleaned when the tables finally get some attention! I had a brisket and I don't joke, it was 90% fat!!! I went to food specialties and applied on the reading board, but they were out! I could go on, but enough is enough! 37 and 1604 south!

I don't know how this place has no higher rating! I grew up in El Paso, I eat Tortillas often toast, and the Tortillas here are the best I ever had!!! The Brisket was amazing, not hard or dry, cookies and Gravy were fabulous, potatoes were good.... it was perfect. It's a very simple place we wanted. Coffee is HUGE, just a warning! But I'll think about this place when I'm back in AZ, where we don't find that food!

Every location is different in service, but good food for bbq. prices are cheaper, especially if you feed a family! Large tea

The fried chicken could use much more seasoning, it tastes very plain. The BBQ chicken sandwich is delicious, I just wish the friend chicken didn't taste bland and greasy. A little adobo makes wonder to the food.
