Contribuisci feedbackI'm not sure if they were training a new person at the drive-thru, but our wait time was over 20 minutes on our side, while the other side was moving quite smoothly. When it was finally our turn to order, we had to repeat our order multiple times at the window when paying. We also discovered that we were charged for extra items we did not order. The cashier refunded us for the extra items, but when we got back to our hotel, we realized our order was still incomplete - missing a sandwich, sauces, dressings, and two additional fries. It was too late to call back or return to complain, leaving five very unhappy customers. While I know not every Chick-fil-A is the same, this one definitely dropped the ball. They need to get back on track with their service.
The food was average and the customer service was satisfactory. As a military family who has lived in the USA, we have experienced better quality than what this Chick-fil-A offers.
Curbside orders always lack the odds that I choose on the app! the last order had not a single ketchup, not a single mayo, not a single barbecue sauce. no season for each of the 3 meals! it is also not my fault, because I always double check that I really navigate the app to ensure that the odds I selected are in my summary detail in my order before I edit my credit card.
This place has the most beautiful, friendly, professional staff. so impressed by their covid-safe fast order and service system. if the lines are long, they have the order and payment system to the near perfection. this is a place where I can spend my money. I also always order the gallone lemonade to take home, the best lemonade I ever had, love it.
Just got back to sit down and eat, no pepper Jack cheese on the spicy chicken sandwich, this is the second time from this location something was messed up.
