Customer service not great did not repeat Oder. I used to work at jack in the box as a maintenance man so I know when the grease needs to be changed THAT WAS RIDICULOUS burnt crumbs from the bottom of the fryer all over the fries. I asked for a chicken sandwich with ranch instead of the original sauce on it #12) both times I received the sandwich they had the good good sauce on it floors dirty and stove is filthy underneath all the equipment

The food has always been good from this location, the order taker however seemed a bit uninformed, wasn't able to order the side I wanted, and the drink was not the one I requested, but the food was good none the less.Parking: The parking was very clean, and lighting was very sufficient.

Updated to lower rating. Last few times ive tried to go they were out of everything. The first time I could understand a delay in supply truck but weeks later and still out of nearly every item I was hoping to order. The burger I did receive was good. Drive thru attendant was very pushy and unfriendly. Counter employee was difficult to understand and very abrupt even though there were no other people in line. I used to enjoy coming here for the variety of choices but it's going to be a while before I attempt to go back.

No drinks, no tacos of any kind, limited menu, and no sign of wanting to correct things, on the good side burgers are awesome
