Johnny Carino's - Corpus Christi

These are the boneless wings my man ordered. the children chicken bugs with lemon pepper. we had to wait 20 minutes for a place when there were only 3 tables throughout the restaurant. our waitress was great and she felt bad at the boneless wings of the manager gave us a dessert and took off the wings. the Italian nachos were great.

Pros: Quick seating. Quick service. Dessert was delicious. (5stars) Cons: The food taste fake. It has no taste. Idk if this place is suppose to be fancy like Olive Garden but this place was not close. If you are hungry and need too eat right away. And not picky about the food. This would be perfect for you.

Food looked great but was not good at all! The alfredo sauce tastes like it came from a jar or can, doesnt taste fresh or homemade at all! We had an appetizer, salad and entree'. They all came at the same time which i blame on our server. Service was not good either. The salad dressing was not homemade either which is hard to find these days in restaurants anyway. The ac was out when we went, my rating is not based on that, they had portable ac's set up and i could see they were doing the best that they could about the situation. I really did not like this restaurant at all and will definitely stick with the Olive Garden.

I love Johnny Carinos but today was the worst experience ever. Went for lunch the pizza was horrible it looked like a child made this pizza. When I asked to speak to a manager they were unavailable because apparently they were making pizzas. Go figure. I won’t be returning until managers improve the quality of food. On the other hand waitresses were too busy on their phones and not wearing masks correctly. Unprofessional.

First an last time ever going…. Only saw my waitress 2 times… when she took my order… and when I had to pay….. never got our waters… or bar drinks where watered down and no flavor… we got our dinner my food was cold in the center… I didn’t touch it…… not one person asked us about anything (drinks or food) is asked for a manger so I wouldn’t have to post this even left my card…. No call or anything…. So this is my honest review…. If I could give zero stars I would…..
