Mikoto Ramen - Corpus Christi

I really like this place and happy to have a ride in town. For beginners I tried salmon carpaccio sashimi degree appetizer), tako yaki crispy outside but warm gooey inside), pork gyoza pan roasted delicious), shrimp tempura good portion size), and my favorite char sui pork bun must have. For the various ram bowls I tried to take the spicy pig, black garlic rays, and tried the curry. I can't stay away from Black Garlic Ramen! It is super delicious and delicious! I change the range of noodles to season pasta for a stronger taste. Wavy Nudel makes it more for me. I also order the spicy sauce on the side! Very good!

The food was delicious! So fresh so much taste! I had the Poke Bowl my Nabeby had with Spicy Curry Ramen. I tried so badly! The Poke Bowl was so fresh the spicy Asian ginger sauce put it over the top! Can't wait to try more!

Spent last four years of my Navy career in Japan. It does seem like an American version of a ramen shop, but it's really good and the best you're gonna get in Corpus. Makes me miss Japan even more....

The best place in corpus by far! Fresh ingredients, rich burning broth, perfect warmth in spicy rams with the possibility to season it if desired. Only an absolutely perfect place that my husband and I often find ourselves, all the way from Rockport. P.s. after trying a few rams of black garlic is definitely the Fave!
