Rock Star Sushi And Hibachi

We visited Rock Star Sushi and Hibachi tonight hoping to enjoy their Hibachi, but unfortunately, it was fully booked. However, we decided to stay and sample their sushi instead. The grilled calamari was fantastic, especially paired with their Yum-Yum sauce, which I suspect is a homemade recipe since it had a spicier kick than usual. We ordered the Maine Roll, Candy Cane Roll, and Rainbow Roll. I absolutely adored the Maine Roll! The lobster was prominently featured, and it packed great flavors. My girlfriend enjoyed the Candy Cane Roll, and as always, the Rainbow Roll was delicious. We both agreed that the food was of high quality. And of course, we can't forget to mention the snake!

For our main course, we ordered the House Lo-mein, which was incredibly tasty and served fresh and hot. The sushi chef is truly talented; some of the best sushi we've ever had! The staff at the restaurant were incredibly friendly! They created a beautiful tree design on my sushi plate to celebrate my 13th birthday, and they wished me a happy birthday with lots of warmth and kindness. The food was also outstanding! The noodles and shrimp were the best I’ve ever tasted. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone!

This place has AMAZING sushi, definitely high quality. A little pricey but worth it. I ordered through a delivery app and my runner forgot something, the store said I can pick it up whenever(since I don't have a ride today) I will definitely be coming here more often

A little more expensive than other Corpus Christi sushi places like Aka or Imperial, but the portions seemed slightly larger and there did appear to be more creativity put into Rockstar 's presentation, a very pleasant surprise. In particular I enjoyed the 'Tower, ' which wasn 't a roll but a well put together collection of ingredients plated into a small 'tower ' and topped with a quail egg. Personally my wife and I are fans of Imperial, but if we were unable to drive to the other end of town or just happened to be in the area and in the mood for sushi we would (and will) happily return. The inclusion of hibachi is a nice bonus as well!
