The staff/hostess was unaware of the Open Table app, but the management knew about it upon further inquiry. Fortunately, we were able to get a table without a reservation.

The staff/hostess was unaware of the Open Table app, but management was able to help once I inquired about it. Fortunately, there were tables available and we did not need a reservation.
