Contribuisci feedbackI had an exceptional experience today I was assisted with my order with an employee by the name of Melly and she really knows her stuff she took care of me and her hospitality is outstanding I will definitely be back to this Whataburger because she mademe feel as if I was the only customer in the building high 5 to Melly doing great on the job
This location has gone downhill. Drive thru line was long and took forever. We ordered 2 large fries and I'm pretty sure we would've gotten more if we would have just ordered a medium size. The boxes were halfway with old oily fries. We receivedtomatoes on our burgers when told not too. My sweet tea was hot and had no ice. This is the second time that we were left downby this location. Not sure if there was a change in management but they need to get it together.

Person at the drive through window taking orders is either deaf or dense. My Grandpa and I went to get an order for my Mom and she kept interrupting my Grandpa 's ordering by either saying Hello or phrasing on what we want with said meal.Not even taking the time to hear what my Grandpa wants before jumping her gun. I also said outloud about an order for a #13 and she never replied and came back with Hello again. So I didn 't bother ordering.Complete waste of time and money over an incompetent employee that doesn 't know how to do her job. And Grandpa 's feedback from the place wasn 't good either. Just to let y 'all know.
