Whataburger - Corpus Christi

I had a great experience at the restaurant! The service was excellent, and I was really pleased with my hamburger. The fries were perfect, and my drink was delightful. However, I did notice that the prices have increased slightly. Given how tough times are right now, I understand why they’ve adjusted their prices.

We went back inside to speak with the manager, but he seemed annoyed to see us and accused us of making the mistake ourselves. After realizing his error, he didn’t offer an apology and instead just sighed in frustration and went back to the kitchen. I get that mistakes happen, but there's no excuse for rudeness. Perhaps he assumed we were just teens, but he treated us as if we were a burden. On the other hand, one of the employees was very apologetic about the situation and was quite friendly. Whataburger needs to improve their management!

The food was amazing! Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. We were the first in line and it took nearly 15-20 minutes to receive two egg sandwiches. The man at the entrance wasn’t friendly and didn't even apologize for the wait. Overall, it was a frustrating experience at the window. They really need to improve their operations. This was at the Whataburger near Breaker Apartments and Smoothie King.

Waited more than 20 minutes for my order. I finally gave up and went to request a refund. because all the orders that were being given out in the dining room were for the 5 managers and or shift leaders that were all sitting together. Never have I seen so many management staff in one restaurant and still have customers waiting too long for their orders. SMH

Always check your burger before leaving. The one time I don’t check it’s all wrong. Drive thru guy is either new or easily distracted. Not going to this location anytime soon.
