Contribuisci feedbackThe regular wings, boneless wings, coffins and frits were all hot fresh and tasty. The order on the app was easy. Pickup was convenient and our order was correct. Parking: At that time there was a lot of parking, but it is not very well lit.
One of the worst fast (hahaha) food experiences I've ever had. Did an online order via their app early in the afternoon and scheduled it for 7 pm pick up. Got there at 6:45 pm and was told my order would be ready in 10-12 minutes. At 7 pm I asked if my 7pm order was ready yet. They said it would be another 10-15 minutes. I asked what the problem was and was told it's because their so busy. Finally got my 24 piece Family wing order at 7:18. pm. Again I asked why it took so long and she just shrugged. I asked to speak to the manager. The clerk went to the back and when she returned she said the manager was busy and it might be awhile before they could talk to me, so I left. After less than 5 minute drive home I was ready to eat my wings. The dissatisfaction continued. The Buffalo sauced wings were overcooked, hard, dry, and tough. The fries were undercooked and soggy. So much for my Wingstop meal. The store was very disorganized and chaotic. And with no order display system they were constantly interrupted by the crowd of waiting customers checking on their orders. Think I'll find another place for wings as Wingstop has such little concern for their customers.
Wings are always good but everytime I do a online order and I come to pick my food up I always get it 30 minutes later. The sad part is I'll come 15 minutes after the expected time the food should be ready by. 3x this happened so I'm sure it's my last time ar this Wingstop.
Great food but if you order online from here give them an extra 20-30 minutes longer than the time the app tells you the food will be ready. It will save you from waiting inside. I ordered from here all the time and this has not changed I'm the year or so since I started ordering from this location.
Told me pick up time was at 8:20, get there 8:19. Told me to wait 15 minutes, then 10 more then 5, which it wouldn’t had bother me as much if I hadn’t placed my order around 6:40pm. I would much rather they tell me I don’t know when your food will be ready than lying to my face with made up timeframes that just makes your costumers angry when you miss it
