Ex Novo Brewing Company - Corrales

Super cool brewery in the heart of Corrales. They have a great selection of beers! We tried the bourbon barrel imperial stout flight (which we highly recommend) and the DIPA and a juicy IPA. The staff are so nice. Indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoor seating has heaters. We highly recommend this quaint little brewery!

Super cute taproom with amazing options. The environment was super casual and laid back. The outdoor patio was spacious and they had lots of room. The food trucks are great too.

Cozy brewing company with a great array of different styles of beer and cocktails. Outside has patio, seating, yard games, and heaters. Different food truck outside every day. Only thing that needs improvement is the cleanliness of the restrooms and touch up paint on the trim and doors of the interior lots of scuff marks and overall lack of upkeep.

This place was awesome. Ex Novo Brewing Company has totally expanded it?s outdoor sitting area with a large heated and covered patio, which has amazing mountains views. Top this off that it?s new siting area is super family friendly, with a nice lawn with beautiful views off the Sandia mountains. Today the food truck was tikka spice an we ordered the french fries topped with red curry which was amazing, we topped that with a mango lassi. Ex Novo novo has a great beer

Ex novo brewing is awesome I think you should go. It has a great atmosphere kid friendly and it has heating. It has a food truck which is Indian food which is very good with good drinks including mango lassi and more. Employees are nice for lowering the music for my grandma because she can?t hear very well they are reliable and also pet friendly.
