I placed my order on the app about 45 minutes ahead of time and arrived right on schedule at 9 PM. However, I was told it would be another 6 minutes. I didn’t mind waiting a bit longer since I prefer my food fresh, but that 6 minutes turned into 15. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza and popcorn chicken, so I expected it to be ready shortly after I placed my order. This was frustrating, but the cashier was polite and did apologize for the delay.
The card reader outside wasn't functioning, and there was a long line inside. Delivery was happening through the main door, taking up even more space.
Nice young lady at the counter, kind service, and clean bathrooms. Appreciate it!
You have some pretty outstanding employees. On Sunday I was traveling home, stopped there to get gas, my car wouldn’t start after. Not knowing anyone in the area, I went inside and the cashier gave me a name to call, she said if no answer come back in and she would help me figure something out. Got back out to my vehicle and an employee (name: Lena) stopped and said she would get her husband and be right back. They came back he jump started my car, we were good to go. I offered him a little something for his trouble, but in true small town Iowa fashion, he politely declined. This Casey’s has always been our midway stop, because everyone is always so nice there,but this was way above and beyond. Thank you Lena nice lady inside Sunday morning didn’t get her name.Bless you both!!
