Sunset Cove Marina- Campground Rv Resort

The staff at Sunset Cove is exceptional; we couldn't ask for better service during this visit or any of the times we've been there before. We've been camping there ever since John took over and began his efforts to update and improve the place. It's been wonderful to see the growth, and now it's become our annual anniversary trip—not just because we enjoy fishing, but because of the fantastic staff and especially the owners. There’s so much love in this place!

This place feels quite shady. My kids and I camped here and it constantly felt like we had to keep everything under close watch and securely locked up. To be honest, it’s not the easiest place to camp. If they could limit the fishing hours for non-campers, especially at night, it would definitely improve the experience. I also strongly advise against camping near the fishing pier! You might find yourself surrounded by 30 or so people at any time right next to your belongings.

Our spot was situated right by the marina, and we enjoyed a restful night’s sleep. However, there are no restaurants near the RV park. They do have a café that operates from 7 AM to 3 PM, as well as a small store with food items that is open until 7 PM. The views are fantastic!

Okay for my first time one Sunday it was super quiet there weren't any people it was just me and my husband then a couple came and for a while the family came at 1:30 it's super quiet the water is clean I paid $7 for my husband and for me $7 for each person that yes no shadows near the water there are no tables near the water that's the bad thing but the rest is very nice many boats also come and you can come camping

We absolutely had a marvelous time relaxing at Sunset Cove Marina!We stayed 4 nights with our 5th wheel Staff was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. The RV space was large enough to fit our 43ft toy hauler without any difficulties. The swimming beach was clean and well maintained. Kids had a blast playing at the Playground. Boat launch has easy access to make launching fast and simple to get out onto the lake.We look forward to booking again and hope to get a extended stay space so we can leave our 5th wheel there to enjoy weekends at the lake whenever we like.
